In-house sub-editor required
Web Content Partners is currently expanding and wishes to recruit a sub-editor to join the busy team in the New Ross, Co Wexford office.
Applications are invited from candidates who have a qualification in journalism as well as previous experience working as a sub-editor.
Knowledge of content management systems and on-page SEO as well as experience of writing for the web would be an advantage.
The role will involve sub-editing/proofreading others’ work as well as writing journalistic-style articles and informational content for websites. It will also involve uploading to and editing within a range of CMS platforms.
This position would ideally suit an individual who is seeking work in the south east and is in a commutable distance from New Ross town.

Intern opportunities
We welcome applications from journalism graduates for any future paid internship programme we decide to run. As our office is based in New Ross, Co Wexford this would be most suited to people who are originally from the south east and in commutable distance. For those who do not have their own transport, New Ross is served by Bus Éireann. Interns please email cvs@webcontent.ie stating clearly ‘Internship application’ in the subject line.
